Thank you for showing your passions while migration, the good news is that there is no data loss in this process and all account are moved to new server, details are bellow :
There is no further action required from customer side, All username & Password remains the same.
We will keep old server live until 27th Jan 2010 just in case, if any customer feels that their data is missing they can contact us before 27th Jan 2010.
NOTE : All Reseller / Customer who are using their private name server please update your Cname with new IP address. You can get new IP address by pinging ns7.netspaceindia.com and ns8.netspaceindia.com. In the event you need any help doing the same, then please contact support. Please note if you fail to do the same your site’s hosted on your private name server will go down.
